It Starts With the Right Rig
Great prep starts with a great foundation. We search the country for the cleanest, most rust-free Land Cruisers, Lexus LX and GX models, 4Runners and Tacomas we can find, and we pass on far more than we buy. We'd rather wait for the right one.
Mechanical Prep
Our in-house technicians know these vehicles inside and out. When a vehicle comes in, it goes up on the lift and our team goes to work. Depending on the vehicle, that typically includes:
- Engine and cooling: diagnosing warning lights, chasing down leaks, gaskets, radiators and hoses
- Timing belt and water pump service on applicable engines, often done right in our shop
- Brakes: pads, rotors and calipers serviced as needed
- Driveline: CV axles and boots (we buy CVs by the pallet), driveshafts and fluids
- Steering and suspension: racks, bushings, ball joints and alignment
- Builds and upfits: we're certified to sell and install ARB, Dobinsons and ICON, so lifts, bumpers, racks and lighting are installed by our own team
- A road test and shake-down drive before the vehicle heads out
Every vehicle is different, so the work is too. Our goal is simple: send out a truck we'd be proud to drive ourselves.
Cosmetic Prep
A 20-year-old Land Cruiser can still turn heads, and we love bringing that out. Depending on the vehicle, cosmetic prep typically includes:
- Detailing: inside and out, from carpets to engine bay
- Paint and trim: clay bar, full paint correction, trim and molding refinishing, and headlight restoration
- Interior: leather and panel reconditioning
- Undercarriage: full detail. On request, we add undercoating, rust prevention or both to help protect vehicles that will see salted roads.
- Wheels and tires: often upgraded on our builds
- Ceramic coating available by request

- Bring your mechanic or send a mobile inspector. We'll have the vehicle ready.
- Can't make it to Jacksonville? We'll FaceTime you a live walkaround of anything you want to see, top to bottom, including the underside.

An independent inspection is the best way to get to know your vehicle before it's yours. We recommend it for every buyer, and we'll make it easy.
